These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Pro Studio Hub website, services, and applications (collectively, the "Service"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
1. Use of the Service
Pro Studio Hub provides a platform for musicians, podcasters, and other creators ("Users") to discover and connect with recording studios ("Studios"). Studios can list their spaces and services on the platform. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
2. Studio Listings and Bookings (Placeholder)
Studios are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of their listings, including availability, pricing, equipment, and services. Pro Studio Hub does not own, operate, or endorse any Studios listed on the platform and is not a party to any agreements entered into between Users and Studios.
Booking arrangements, payments, and cancellations are handled directly between the User and the Studio, according to their agreed-upon terms. Pro Studio Hub is not responsible for any disputes arising from these interactions. (Note: Actual booking/payment features are not yet implemented).
3. Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service (e.g., studio photos, descriptions, reviews). By submitting content, you grant Pro Studio Hub a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with operating and promoting the Service.
You agree not to submit any content that is unlawful, harmful, infringing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
4. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. PRO STUDIO HUB DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. PRO STUDIO HUB DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
5. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRO STUDIO HUB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; OR (C) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.
6. Changes to Terms
Pro Studio Hub reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Terms on the Service or by other means. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
7. Governing Law
